Kentucky 95

Makes 1 drink:

3/4 oz Maker’s Mark of other good quality bourbon (we used Basil Hayden)

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz fresh orange juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

Champagne

Combine the first four ingredients in a metal cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds, strain into a wine glass and top with champagne and lemon twist.
