  1. You guys were doing great with the food truck night, 3 out of 8 (2 didn’t show, btw) ? That’s impressive. I only got the woppie pie since there was no line. Have to say, that red velvet woppie pie was damn good. Keep up with the good work!!!

  2. SHUCKS, Sparkles! Hope your tooth is better! Now, about episode 10, you did not mention Sweetwater’s margaritas. I hear they are famous. And what about local Dentonite, Warren Lunt? He painted the mural on the south wall of Sweetwater. How about a little art to go with the wine talk?!

    Now, what’s this about “gradoo?”

  3. Hi there D-DAB! Regarding Episode 12, kudos to any grandfather who plows over 4 acres of land for a bushel of tomatoes! Also, glad you mentioned Larry Hagman–and YES, while he’s JR to many, he’ll always be Major Nelson to me, too! RIP, Tony!

    1. Windy,
I am glad that you enjoyed the episode. We really will miss Major Nelson. He was always my favorite charactor! Get ready for a really interesting Roux heavy episode 13. It will cetainly be different!

  4. I’m afraid that I’ve listened to these podcasts out of order. Just now hearing Episode 13. I’ve been a fan of Tab Benoit since his Hurricane on the Bayou days. Check it out. A nod to New Orleans, Katrina victims, and the South, in general. Good, “blues” stuff!

  5. Can’t wait for Episode 30! Yes, I would like a bottle of champagne with my next episode!

Sparkles, loved the interview with Ana….she’s sounds like an interesting young talent….will look her up on ETSY.

Now, while D-DAB is seemingly for adults, I had to let minor Morgan listen in—she now thinks she’s as famous as Miss Sparkles!!! Thanks for the “of-fish-al nod.”
